2012 Chapter Award Winners Announced!
Company of the Year: Park Manor, Ltd.
Employee Owner of the Year: Lance McTrusty, Priority Sign

Park Manor, Ltd. has been named the 2012 ESOP Company of the Year by The Wisconsin Chapter of The ESOP Association. Park Manor, Ltd. is a 147 bed Medicare/Medicaid certified nursing home located on the shore of the Flambeau River in the small Northern Wisconsin community of Park Falls.

Lance McTrusty, Priority Sign, has been named 2012 Employee Owner of the Year by The Wisconsin Chapter of The ESOP Association.
Priority Sign is a 100% employee owned global sign/project management company offering complete image branding for their clients.
"Lance was the first President of Priority Sign's ESOP Committee when it started in 2010. It is important to get your committee off to a great start, and under Lance's leadership they did that - creating by-laws, a budget, scheduling meetings, and planning dozens of events.", said Sherri McDermott, Wisconsin ESOP Chapter President, when presenting Lance with his award. The awards were announced at the Chapter's Annual Meeting on March 13, 2012, at Sprecher Brewery in Glendale, Wisconsin.
Park Manor, Ltd. and Lance McTrusty will compete against award recipients from 17 other state and regional Chapters for the National Company of the Year and Employee Owner of the Year. The winners will be announced at The ESOP Association's 35th Annual Conference in Washington, DC in May, 2012.
